The staff (Ms Rima) is friendly and helpful as she tried her best to fulfill our request, The security guard, Mr Aripin quite helpful and Mr Bara help to call the room in order to remind us of the time to prepare for airport shuttle departure.. Overall nice and cozy for stay

We arrived late into Jakarta and it didn't take long to get to the hotel. Easy check in, super clean room and comfortable bed and ac. Access to lots of fresh water and a cafe downstairs.

Location is convenient if you need to stay for one night between flights, the airport is maybe 15 minute car ride away. There are two mini markets next to the hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and there is free drinking water which is very nice. Wifi I thought was good too.

My stay was fantastic, thanks to the helpful staff, excellent room, and the added convenience of a free airport shuttle service.
